Its  Central seafront location provides a number of seafront rooms with excellent views over the Irish Sea.

There are plenty of room options available including: Double, Twin, Single, Triple and  Family rooms which sleep upto 6 people (2 adults & 4 children)

 

  • All our rooms come with flat screen TV's with freeview

  • Family rooms (which sleep 4/5) have DVD players

  • Each room has complimentary Tea/Coffee making facilities as standard.

  • Wifi access is free and can be received in most bedrooms.

  • Games Consoles with games are available upon request in all family rooms free of charge.  

  • Iron and Ironing Board available to use upon request

  • Hair dryers available to use upon request    

  • Cots are available for use free of charge (please ask when booking) We do NOT provide bedding for cots.

  • Fresh clean towels are provided but we ask that you bring your own towels for swimming and beach use.

 

WE DO NOT PERMIT HOT FOOD IN THE BEDROOMS. YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING YOUR FOOD INSIDE AND EAT IT IN THE BAR OR DINING ROOM.

 

 

 

 

 

  Please Note: The bedrooms are NOT HUGE! they are average sized for a Blackpool Bed and Breakfast, for some they are a little on the small side, however this is normal for Blackpool B&B's and really it depends on if you intend on staying in your room a lot or exploring the area and all it has to offer. 

Our emphasis is on the facilities we provide, the cleanliness, the quality, and of course our hospitality. 

The En-Suites are small with a shower...sorry no bath tubs. If you are looking for BIG bedrooms,  please look elsewhere We are a simple B&B not a large luxury Hotel, the Hilton, Premier Lodges and Travel Lodges may be able to provide you with what

you are looking for.

Room Service Policy

We respect our guests privacy, therefore unlike most hotels/guest houses in Blackpool we will not enter your room(s) each day to clean.

We care about the enviroment, Therefore we will not change towels and bedding each day unnecasarily (you don't change your bedding at home each day afterall!)

We do however ask you each day if you need anything in your rooms i.e fresh towels, tea coffee. Should you require your room(s) cleaning please do not hesitate to ask us, we will be happy to do this for you. (We will only change bedding after your 4th nights stay should you request it)

If their is anything else that you need during your stay please feel free to ask us and we will try our very best to meet your needs. We are always around to help!!! :o)

 

 

Accessibility Information

Unfortunately this building has not been adapted for wheelchair users. You have 6 steps into the building. We do not have ground floor rooms nor do we have a lift. Before Booking Please call us on 01253341731 if you or someone in party has an dissability to discuss your requirements and we will try our very best to accomadate you and make arrangements to make your stay as comfortable as possible...If we find this not possible we can guide you the right direction for more suitable Hotels Close by.
